No lunch in Spain would be complete without the addition of a side salad.

Remojón is a type of salad found in Granada that includes oranges and fish.

In contrast, Andalucia’s favorite summertime salad is Pipirrana, a combination of diced green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers drizzled with olive oil and vinegar.
