  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce (or your favorite type)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 cup (80gr) cherry tomatoes
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  1. To start with this smoked mackerel salad recipe, peel and chop the potatoes into small squares. Place them in a pot covered with water and boil them for 25 minutes or until tender. In the last 10 minutes of boiling, carefully add the eggs.
