- 2 cans (425gr each) of cooked white beans (cannellini, Great Northern, Navy)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (optional, for serving)
How to Make Warm White Bean Salad – Step by Step Guide
- For the first step in this warm white bean salad recipe, cut the bell peppers in half, discard the seeds, and dice them. Peel and finely chop the onion, and also mince the garlic clove.
