  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 potatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Soup Without Noodles – Step by Step Guide

  1. For the first step in this chicken soup recipe without noodles, peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and the carrots into small squares. Peel and finely chop the onions and mince the garlic cloves. Lastly, dice the celery stalks and tomatoes. Set them aside.
  1. After that, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and cut them into bite-sized squares. Keep in mind that you can use another part of the chicken too, as long as you clean and cut them.
  1. Then, heat a large soup pot over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Also, add the chopped onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  1. Now, add the chicken pieces to the pot. Cook until they are lightly browned on all sides, about 7 minutes. Once the chicken gets golden on the outside, add the chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, and tomato to the pot.
