  • 1 cup (240ml) water
  • 1 slice of stale bread
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
