  1. To start making this tomato gazpacho recipe you have to wash and chop the tomatoes, removing the core and the seeds. Clean and chop the bell peppers, discarding the seeds and any inedible parts.
  1. Then, peel and chop the onion and the cucumber. Also, peel and mince the garlic cloves. In the meantime, soak a slice of bread in water, then squeeze it to remove the excess liquid.
  1. Now using a blender or food processor blend all of the vegetables together until you get a smooth mixture.
