The first step is very easy and fast! You just have to peel the potatoes and cut it into round slices.

Pour the olive oil on a large frying pan and in the meantime put some salt on the potatoes. Once that you salted the potatoes, place them on the frying pan with the cold oil.
Cook at low heat for 15 minutes

Cook the potatoes on a low heat for 15 minutes, add the pepper and onion slices and cook all of them together for 10 more minutes on medium heat.
